Renovate your Home with MDF Panels

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is easy to install, lightweight, and comes in a variety of patterns.  Better than wall paper or paint, you can create an entire wall system by gluing the panels together, applying wood filler, and then painting.  The result is three dimensional, with light and shade to show the depth of the pattern.  4x8 panels can be used on the wall, or turned and used as a contemporary headboard.  These versatile panels can also be cut and shaped, enabling you to make cabinets and doors.  MDF panels make great backdrops for any shelving system, making them perfect for retail operations.  They are also melamine backed, giving them sound dampening and acoustic qualities.

One thing I have noticed about these panels is that they can be custom ordered, with a relatively short (2-6 weeks) lead time.  The best part:  Panels come in a flat white that can be painted, or in several varieties of reclaimed wood for a more natural, rustic look.MDF panels come in a standard size sheet. MDF panels also come in 2 by 2 sheets depending on the design and use.

MDF panels can be mounted as modular walls, ceiling tiles, or framed as artwork. MDF carved decorative wall panels can be used in a wide range of interior applications. Panels are pressed fiberboard covered with six layers of high quality paint. Our standard size panel is 48x24in; although, we can custom make panels up to 118x78in. Thickness ranges from 1/16 to ¾ inches, and price is based on panel size. Thinner panels can be used as a veneer to cover doors, tables, and counter tops. Thicker panels make great cabinets and cabinet doors. The panels are backed with melamine, allowing them to dampen sound and increase acoustic integrity. Try using them as wall covering! Use our wave or geometric designs, or get creative and create your own panels using a CAD drawing (please allow 8-12 weeks lead time for custom work). The panels are sturdy and durable, and for walls that are already straight, they can be hung using nails, screws, hooks, panel cleats, or even glue.

Carved Capiz MDF Wall Panels

Carved Capiz MDF Wall Panels
Carved capiz  is a 3-Dimensional surface material made of PVC board and
natural shells. It is a lightweight, durable and resistant to weathering and
insects. The PVC resin used is made from the combination of natural gas,
the components of which are fossil fuel and salt.

Carved Capiz tiles are not to be soaked in water or to be installed in areas where it comes in direct contact with water (e.g. kitchen and bathroom). A water resistant polyurethane coat may be applied to prevent absorption of moisture. Flaking may occur during shipment or installation. Do not peel off flakes. Nstead, use a sharp blade to delicately cut of excess flakes and gently finishes with sandpaper. Wipe clean and apply a coat of polyurethane to secure.

Use of an air-gun tucker may cause a small hole on the tile. It is recommended that latex paint be used to fill the hole and apply a coat of polyurethane to seal. Because capiz is a natural material, fading or slight changes in color may occur. It is best that the tiles not be exposed to any direct or bright sunlight.

Carved Capiz MDF panels are not suitable for areas that are exposed to direct sunlight and high moisture such as the kitchen and bathroom areas.

Carved Capiz MDF panels mainly come in following dimensions:

30 cm x 30 cm x 1.5 cm
30 cm x 60 cm x 1.5 cm

Other dimensions and sizes are also avaible based on requirement.
