I just came from Las Vegas market. I found many interesting accessory and furniture companies using eco-friendly green material such as reclaimed old doors, furniture, Barks, teak wood, rail road cargo woods. I also was amazed as the use of metallic sequin fabric in furniture accents and or chandelier shades from rustic to glamour. I realized we all want one thing. Help to save the world but still be unique and trendy. Almost every store had new vintage old wooden accessories mixed with their metallic shiny mirrors . I also found it interesting to see many wall arts, mirrors, lighting using capiz wall paper, capiz wall panel and capiz PVC. Even many companies designed their wall with shell wall paper. Very interesting adding all three (metal, sea, antique vintage). Who thought these three would go together!

Capiz Panels
Carved capiz panels are unique in bringing elegance of the sea with the modern look to any decor. Capiz shells are harvested, cleaned, and cut to enhance the delicate colors of mother of pearl. The shells can be made into a paper-thin veneer that can cover any surface, or they can be mounted to a PVC substrate board to make gorgeous wall art, or even large wall coverings. Capiz wrapped PVC substrate can resist insects and mold, making it an ideal choice for any home or business. Capiz panels and veneers come in standard sizes but can be customized for your project.

Going Green
Even going to a luxury brand furniture show room you find coconut wood mosaic covering their furniture (Lexington) or pieces of wood from tree turned to a center piece table decor. I thought I was very involved in eco-friendly products but many others are doing the same.
